Salem Caravan Clearance Sale Extended until January 31, 2025

 The festive season is here, so why not make it more exciting with more amazing deals on Salem bed products? On December 7-29 (extended until January 31, 2025), we will be holding a longer round of our Caravan Clearance Sale at the Salem Enclave Showroom in 0145 P. Gregorio St., Lingunan, Valenzuela (nearby landmark: Lingunan Elementary School).  The store is open from 10 am to 7 pm daily, except on  holidays (December 24 & 25).

We'll be offering up to 80% off on mattresses and up to 60% off on sofas and other bedroom furniture pieces, so you wouldn't want to miss this event.  To know more about the sale, please read the Terms & Conditions listed below.

Terms & Conditions

1. All sales are final. Sales during the Caravan Sale are declared to be considered “as is where is” transactions.
2. Products sold during the Caravan Sale may have minor cosmetic defects or slight signs of wear and tear. Except for items declared as display units, all items are in new and unused condition.
3. Stocks are limited. “New stocks” and other alternatives are not available.
4. Returns and exchanges are only allowed for defective items as per the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394). Change of mind, damages from mishandling, “wrong size”, or cosmetic issues disclosed to the customer before sale are not accepted for a Return/Exchange request.
5. Customers must report any factory defects or non-cosmetic damages within 24 hours of the product delivery to be eligible for return, exchange, or other claims.
6. Caravan Sale items are not covered by Salem’s product warranty but are still covered by the Lifetime Service Warranty (Spring products)
7. Discounts offered at the Caravan Sale only apply to specific items sold at Caravan Sale events. Prices offered at this event will not apply to Salem products outside of the Caravan Sale event.
8. Unpaid product reservations will not be accommodated.
9. In-house deliveries will be scheduled. There will be no same-day or next-day deliveries. For rush deliveries, customers can opt for Lalamove or arrange their own courier service. Delivery charges apply.
10. Customers are required to inspect the unit before payment to ensure that the quality is satisfactory. Signing the invoice indicates that the customer received the item in good condition.
