HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering a Salem Bed is very easy! Simply go to the PRODUCTS Page, click the item you're interested in, click on the size you wish to order, and then click the "Add to Cart" button. A prompt will then pop up informing you that your session has been recorded. You can then continue shopping or choose to complete your purchase. Please note that we require your registration to make a purchase, as we will use your information to process your order. We will require your complete contact information (click here to go to the REGISTRATION Page), delivery details (kindly pin your location via Google Maps on the MY ACCOUNT Page), and a submission of the proof of payment (kindly upload a scanned copy or a photo of your deposit slip on the MY ACCOUNT Page) to accept your order.
DO I REALLY NEED TO REGISTER?
Yes, Having all the vitals information at hand will make processing your orders faster and smoother, so we're making registrations a requirement before you can make a purchase. Shop for a Salem mattress from the comfort of your own home-REGISTER today.
HOW LONG IS THE WAITING PERIOD FOR ORDERS?
Deliveries will be made within 7-10 working days upon confirmation of your payment, unless stated otherwise. There are instances that some items have a backlog due to high-demand so delays can be inevitable. In such cases, we will make sure to inform you of the situation. You will receive an email containing your order slip and noting your delivery date.
WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our only mode of payment as of the moment is bank deposit (MetroBank). We are currently on adding other options, and will be announcing them in the future.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE MATTRESS DELIVERY?
Yes, For your convenience and your safety, a representative from your household is required to be present upon the arrival of your order. We will send you an email noting your delivery date, in case you are unavailable on the date listed, we can always re-schedule to a more convenient date for you. Should you choose to push ahead with initial schedule and no one is at home to receive the merchandise, the delivery will be rescheduled on a later date and we will notify you regarding the change.
