HOW LONG IS THE WAITING PERIOD FOR ORDERS?
As noted on most of our product listings, certain items have a production lead time of 7-10 days. This is for the made-to-order and fast-moving items that are not on stock in our warehouses. The scheduling for delivery is added on top of the 7-10 days, resulting in an estimated fulfillment period of 7-14 days upon the confirmation of the buyer's payment.
Due to the high demand for some items and the limited operational capacity that we are experiencing right now, we are experiencing some delays in production. We apologize for the inconvenience this might cause. However, we will make sure to note in our confirmation e-mails whether there are possible delays for the item you're ordering.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ITEM'S DELIVERY SCHEDULE?

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our only mode of payment as of the moment is bank deposit (MetroBank). We are currently working on adding other options and will be announcing them in the future.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE MATTRESS DELIVERY?
Yes, For your convenience and your safety, a representative from your household is required to be present upon the arrival of your order. We will send you an email noting your delivery date, in case you are unavailable on the date listed, we can always re-schedule to a more convenient date for you. Should you choose to push ahead with the initial schedule and no one is at home to receive the merchandise, the delivery will be rescheduled on a later date and we will notify you regarding the change.
