The website www.salem.ph is a free-for-use website, created to showcase and offer Salem bed products to whoever wishes to view, learn about, or purchase the product via Salem Bed dealers or online.

All product photos found on this website can only be used for purchasing, ordering, and referring to Salem Bed products and no other purpose aside from what is stated above.

Use of this website equates to the user's agreement to our Terms and Conditions.


Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


Orders that are paid for and confirmed from www.salem.ph cannot be canceled.

Proof of payment for bank deposit payments should be uploaded immediately after payment. Orders not paid after three working days will be automatically canceled. Orders paid through Paynamics will not require uploading of proof of payment.


Users are required to provide a few personal information before making any purchases.

Full payment is required before we can process your order. The deposit slip (for bank payments) should be uploaded on the MY ACCOUNT Page or the Invoice Page if you did not register as a user of our website. You can also access this link by entering the reference number of your order at the end of this URL: https://salem.ph/invoices/show/REF#HERE.

An email confirming the receipt of the order will be sent out to the user once the ordering has been completed.

Processing of orders will take 1-2 business days. Emails for order confirmation and payment verification will be initially sent out. A separate email will be sent for the delivery schedule. 

For sale and limited-quantity items, we will provide specific instructions for the purchasing process. Failure to follow these instructions may lead to order failures and cancellations.  


All prices listed on the website are tax inclusive.

Purchases can be paid through our Paynamics gateway and through direct bank deposits or online transfers to our BDO account.

Delivery charges are added on top of purchases unless the buyer chooses the pickup method. If this charge is not paid for, the order will be put on hold until settled or pickup is arranged.


Each Salem Bed is carefully crafted and created by a passionate and hard-working team to provide clients the best sleep ever. Because of this, we have a production lead time and fulfillment timeframe of 7-14 business days. (June 2022 note: Due to unforeseen raw materials issues, we are temporarily extending our fulfillment lead time to up to 30 business days. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.)

In some cases, however, you might be able to receive your order faster, which we will notify you through an email.

Deliveries will be scheduled. For the month of June 2022, we have an extended fulfillment timeline of up to 30 business days. (Please see lead time section above) For provincial deliveries, occasional delays may take place due to scheduling. Production delays may also be experienced from time to time in-demand items. We will coordinate the scheduling with the customer in advance in case such instances arise. 

Please wait for the notification email that will include the date of your item's delivery. Please also check your Spam folder for the e-mail as it can get redirected there.

Deliveries will only be completed if a member of the household is present upon the arrival of the item. In case there is no one in the household that can receive the merchandise, the delivery will be rescheduled for a later date.

Delivery charges apply except for those who choose the pickup method. This does not include charges for entrance fees and other fees buildings and communities may implement. The customer should cover such charges.

Please kindly secure all passes and documentation if your village or condominium building requires such deliveries before the delivery date. If there are important regulations (number of days, etc.) regarding the processing of permits, please let us know so we can make necessary scheduling adjustments.

For those who choose the pickup method, the customer will arrange the logistics portion of the process. Charges for pickup arrangements will be shouldered by the customer.

Please coordinate with us regarding the schedule and details of the pickup. Items with production lead times will not be readily available for pickup. Failure to coordinate the pickup might result in a failed pickup. Salem Bed will not cover charges incurred for failed pickup.


Salem Bed products are made with the highest manufacturing standards, guaranteeing their durability and comfort. In our commitment to providing the best quality sleep to our customers, most of our products are covered by warranty. Read more below.

Mattress Product Warranty

The Salem Bed product warranty covers the following:

  • Factory defects in manufacturing
  • Sagging
  • Loss of thickness measuring more than 25% of the total height measurement of the unit within the warranty period for foam mattresses
  • Broken, loose, and protruding coils and wire for spring mattresses
  • Split wood frame for pull out beds

Our product warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damages caused by accidents, negligence, mishandling, abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, and fortuitous events
  • Fabric cover damages (stains, tearing, etc caused by regular wear)
  • Comfort and product preference
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Units sold from warehouse sale events

Replacement covers for the models with removable zipperized covers are available for ordering by email.

Product warranty durations vary from item to item. The coverage is noted on each product page and on the mattress’ label. If there's no listed warranty information, the item is not covered with a product warranty.

Salem Bed mattresses that come with product warranty coverage of 10 years and beyond have warranty cards that come with the unit. Please refer to them to learn how to preserve your unit's warranty rights. Failure to observe the guidelines can invalidate the warranty. Keep the warranty card safe and attached to the original purchase receipt or delivery invoice in case of product failure and complaints. Digitized copies of receipts may be accepted upon assessment.

Product replacements are subject to the evaluation of the Salem Bed After Sales team. Recommendations for replacement or repairs and additional steps in resolving an issue will be made by our team members once they have assessed the unit in question.

Sofa Product Warranty

The Salem Sofa product warranty covers the following:

  • Factory defects in manufacturing
  • Broken, loose, and protruding coils and wire
  • Split wood frame except for intentional damage, misuse, and abuse

Our product warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damages caused by accidents, negligence, mishandling, improper cleaning, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, insect and animal infestation, and fortuitous events
  • Damage caused by exposure to outdoor weather conditions
  • Fabric cover damages
  • Comfort and product preference (change of mind)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Units sold from warehouse depletion sale events

Charges apply for fabric cover replacement or re-upholstery.

Salem Sofas have warranty cards that come with the unit. Please refer to them to learn how to preserve your unit's warranty rights. Failure to observe the guidelines can invalidate the warranty. Keep the warranty card safe and attached to the invoice of the delivery receipt in case of product failure and complaints.

Lifetime Service Warranty

A free lifetime service warranty is offered to every Salem Bed spring mattress and sofa owner. This service warranty takes effect after the product warranty of the spring mattress has lapsed. It includes a free checkup and assessment of the Salem Bed unit. Charges apply for part replacement and repairs for this warranty. Delivery charges also apply.

Warranty Claims

These steps are necessary for filing warranty claims:

  • Contact our After Sales team directly at (02) 86572898 local 34 or 09457855888 or send us a message through any of our online channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or email) noting your name, contact number, mattress model, purchase date, and concern.
  • Send or present a copy of the product’s purchase receipt and the warranty card if your unit comes with one. Failure to present the receipt or warranty card bars the claim.

Only the items covered by Salem Bed’s product and lifetime service warranty are eligible for warranty claims.

Salem Bed reserves the right to refuse to honor the warranty if the claim procedure is not adhered to.

Should there be required passes, documents, and fees for item pull-outs and any kind of work in the customer's village or building, the customer should secure the necessary permits and papers and cover the charges.

For lost copies of purchase receipts, customers may request a new copy or a certificate of purchase from the store of purchase.


Requests for returns/exchanges should be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for faulty and incorrect items or products damaged during shipment.

We will not accept returns for exchange if the item is found used, dirty, stained, abused, or damaged due to mishandling. Returns should be in the same condition as when the product was received. 

Unit pullout will be arranged for items purchased through www.salem.ph.  

Items bought from authorized dealers should be returned or exchanged in the store of purchase. The store's return/exchange policy will apply on such occasions.

Used items are not accepted for returns for hygienic reasons.


Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days after the receipt of the Salem Bed unit. Upon the receipt of the request, unit evaluation or pull-out will be arranged. Each case will be evaluated and is subject to approval. It can take up to four weeks for refunds to be completed but there might be instances when the process will take a shorter amount of time. Refunds will be reverted through the payment mode used by the customer.


Any personal information provided to us through your order is guaranteed to be kept private and will only be used to process your orders. We will never give away, sell, or rent our information to any third party. Our secure system will also ensure that your privacy will be kept intact and a top priority.

The use of "cookies" will be for keeping track of your current shopping session, so we can assist in personalizing your experience and so you can retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
