The website www.salem.ph is a free-for-use website, created to showcase and offer Salem bed products to whoever wishes to view, learn about, or purchase the product via Salem Bed dealers or online.

All product photos found on this website can only be used for purchasing, ordering, and referring to Salem Bed products and no other purpose aside from what is stated above.


Each Salem Bed is carefully crafted and created by a passionate and hard-working team to provide clients the best sleep ever. Because of this, we have a production lead time of 7-14 business days for each order. In some cases, however, you might be able to receive your order faster, which we will notify you through an email.


Users are required to provide a few personal information before making any purchases.

Proof of payment is required to be submitted by the user before we can process your order. You May upload the deposit slip on the MY ACCOUNT Page or the Invoice Page if you did not register as a user of our website. You can also access this link by entering the reference number of your order at the end of this URL: https://salem.ph/invoices/show/REF#HERE.

Items added to the user's cart will be saved up to three days or until the proof of payment has been sent.

An email confirming the receipt of the order will be sent out to the user once the ordering has been completed.

Processing of orders will take 1-2 business days. Once the order has been accepted, a notification email will be sent including the date of delivery. Please give us up to two weeks to send your item to you.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


All prices listed on the website are tax inclusive.

Bank deposits to our MetroBank Valenzuela account are the only mode of payment we are currently offering. Additional payment methods will be added later and will be announced accordingly.


Deliveries are primarily limited to Metro Manila and Luzon areas only. Additional areas will be announced in the future.

Deliveries will be scheduled. Please wait for the notification email that will include the date of your item's delivery. Please also check your Spam folder for the e-mail as it can get redirected there.

Deliveries will only be completed if a member of the household is present upon the arrival of the item. In case there is no one in the household that can receive the merchandise, the delivery will be rescheduled on a later date.

Delivery charges apply. This does not include charges for entrance fees and other fees buildings and communities may implement. The customer should cover such charges.

Please kindly secure all passes and documentations if your village or condominium building requires such for deliveries before the delivery date. 


Salem Bed products are made with the highest manufacturing standards, guaranteeing their durability and comfort. In our commitment to providing the best quality sleep to our customers, most of our products are covered by warranty. We offer two kinds as detailed below.

Product Warranty

The Salem Bed product warranty covers the following:

  • Factory defects in manufacturing
  • Sagging
  • Loss of thickness measuring more than 25% of the total height measurement of the unit within the warranty period for foam mattresses
  • Broken, loose, and protruding coils and wire for spring mattresses
  • Split wood frame for pull out beds

Our product warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damages caused by accidents, negligence, mishandling, abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, and fortuitous events
  • Fabric cover damages
  • Comfort and product preference
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Units sold from warehouse depletion sale events

Replacement covers for the models with removable zipperized covers are available for ordering by email.

Product warranty durations vary from item to item. The coverage is noted on each product page and the mattress’ label. If there's no listed warranty information, the item is not covered with a product warranty.

Salem Bed mattresses that come with product warranty coverage of 10 years and beyond have warranty cards that come with the unit. Please refer to them to learn how to preserve your unit's warranty rights. Failure to observe the guidelines can invalidate the warranty. Keep the warranty card safe and attached to the invoice of the delivery receipt in case of product failure and complaints.

Product replacements are subject to the evaluation of the Salem Bed After Sales team. Recommendations for replacement or repairs and additional steps in resolving an issue will be made by our team members once they have assessed the unit in question.

Lifetime Service Warranty

A free lifetime service warranty is offered to every Salem Bed spring mattress owner. This service warranty takes effect after the product warranty of the spring mattress has lapsed. It includes a free checkup and assessment of the Salem Bed unit. Charges apply for part replacement and repairs for this warranty. Delivery charges also apply.

Warranty Claims

These steps are necessary for filing warranty claims:

  • Contact our After Sales team directly at (02) 86572898 local 34 or 09457855888 or send us a message through any of our online channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or email) noting your name, contact number, mattress model, purchase date, and concern.
  • Send or present a copy of the product’s purchase receipt and the warranty card if your unit comes with one. Failure to present the receipt or warranty card bars the claim.

Only the items covered by Salem Bed’s product and lifetime service warranty are eligible for warranty claims.

Salem Bed reserves the right to refuse to honor the warranty if the claim procedure is not adhered to.

Should there be required passes, documents, and fees for item pull-outs and any kind of work in the customer's village or building, the customer should secure the necessary permits and papers and cover the charges.


Requests for returns/exchanges should be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We are unable to accept returns for exchange if the item is found used, dirty, stained, abused, or damaged due to mishandling. Items purchased from our authorized dealers can also be returned or exchanged in the store of purchase. The store's return/exchange policy will apply on such occasions. Used items are not accepted for returns for hygienic reasons. 


Any Personal information provided to us through your orders are guaranteed to be kept private and will only be used to process your orders. We will never give away, sell, or rent our information to any third party. Our secure system will also ensure that your privacy will be kept intact and a top priority.
