The website www.salem.ph is a free for use website, created to showcase and offer Salem bed products to whoever wish to view, learn about, or purchase the product via Salem Bed dealers or online.

All product photos found in this website can only be used for purchasing, ordering and referring to Salem Beds and no other purpose aside from what is started above.


Each Salem Bed is carefully crafted and created by a passionate and hard working team to provide clients the best sleep ever. because of this, we have a lead time of 7-10 days for each order. In some cases, however, you might be able to receive your order faster, which we will notify you through an email.


Users are required to provide a few personal information before any making any purchases.

Proof of payment is required to be submitted by the user before we can process your order. You May upload the deposit slip on the MY ACCOUNT Page or the Invoice Page if you did not register as a user of our website. You can also access this link by entering the reference number of your order at the end of this URL: https://salem.ph/invoices/show/REF#HERE.

Items added to the user's cart will be saved up to three days or until the proof of payment has been sent.

An email confirming the receipt of the order will be sent out to the user once the ordering has been completed.

Processing of orders will take 1-2 business days. Once the order has been accepted, a notification email will be sent including the date of delivery. Please give us up to two weeks to send your item to you.


All prices listed in the website is tax inclusive.

Bank deposits to our MetroBank Valenzuela account is the only mode of payment we are currently offering. Additional payment methods will be added later and will be announced accordingly.


Deliveries are primarily limited to Metro Manila areas only. Additional areas will be announced in the future.

Deliveries will be scheduled. Please wait for the notification email that will include the date of your item's delivery.

Deliveries will only be completed if a member of the household is present upon the arrival of the item. In case there is no one in the household that can receive the merchandise, the delivery will be rescheduled on a later date.

Product warranty is listed in each product page and description. Items without listed warranties are not covered.

Free lifetime service warranty is offered to every Salem Bed owner. This service warranty includes free checkup and assessment of the item in question but does not equate to free product or parts replacement.

Product warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by accidents, negligence, mishandling, abuse misuse, normal wear and tear, and fortuitous events.

Request for replacement should be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We are unable to accept returns for exchange if the item is found dirty, stained, abused or damaged.

Product replacements are subject to the evaluation by our After Sales team. Recommendations for replacement or repairs and additional steps in resolving an issue will be made by our experts once they have assessed and evaluated the product in question.

Products with warranty come with a Warranty Card that should be kept and attached to the invoice of delivery receipt in case of product failure and complaints.

Steps to preserve warranty rights are listed in the Warranty Card. Failure to follow the guidelines may forfeit and invalidate the product warranty.


Any Personal information provided to us through your orders are guaranteed to be kept private and will only be used to process your orders. We will never give away, sell, or rent our information to any third party. Our secure system will also ensure that your privacy will be kept intact and a top priority.
